(HEREINAFTER THE OWNER), with its address for notification purposes at Calle Begíjar nº 3, parcela 1, 23005, Jaén, telephone 953291886, email oficina.tecnica@grupotoledano.com, makes available on its website www.toledanoedifica.com (hereinafter THE WEBSITE) certain content of an informative nature about its activities. These general terms govern solely and exclusively the use of the website of THE OWNER by the USERS who access it. These general terms are made available to the USER on every page of THE WEBSITE, so that the USER may read, print, file and accept them online and be fully informed.

Access to the website of THE OWNER implies the unreserved acceptance of these general terms of use, which the USER declares that they understand in full. The USER undertakes not to use the website and the services offered on it to carry out activities contrary to the law, and to comply with these general terms at all times.

FIRST.- The website of THE OWNER has been created in order to make information about its activities available to third parties and to enable them to contact it to request further information. Likewise, www.toledanoedifica.com will cooperate with and notify the competent authority of any such incidents as soon as it has reliable knowledge that the damage caused constitutes any kind of unlawful activity.

SIXTH.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW.- These general terms are governed by Spanish law. The Courts of Granada shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute or conflict arising from these general terms, and the USER expressly waives any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.

SEVENTH.- Should any clause of this document be declared void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the intention of the parties and the very purpose of these terms. THE OWNER may refrain from exercising any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which shall in no event imply a waiver of them unless expressly acknowledged by THE OWNER.
